What I had learnt in this week English Writing Skills is types of writing. There are 4 types of writing which are expository, descriptive, persuasive and narrative. The purpose for expository is to explain, describe or define what that the audience ask.
Second type of writing is descriptive. This is a type of writing that use the five main senses to paint a picture in reader's mind. The purpose is to describe something to get more information and details. It can be describe a character, an event or a place.
Next, the third type of writing is persuasive writing. Persuasive writing is a form of writing which is the writer uses words to persuade and convince the reader to believe what the writer believe and his/her point of view.
Last but not least, the purpose of narrative writing is you need to tell a story to entertain your audience and let them get excited to know what's next. Narrative writing is important in your day-to-day life.
That's all from me for this week sharing. Thank you and have a nice day to you all.
